Anyone hosting any type of scripts or services on their website that support spammers or cause any of our I. P. space to be listed in any of the various spam databases will have their domain / website immediately removed from our network. The domain / website will not be reconnected until such time that you agree to remove any and all traces of the offending material / domains immediately upon reconnection and agree to allow us access to the domain / website to confirm that all material has been completely removed. Severe violations may result in immediate and permanent removal of the hosting account from our network without notice to the customer. Any domain / website guilty of a second violation will be immediately and permanently removed from our network without notice.



A. S. Web Technology's accounts operate on shared resources. Excessive use or abuse of these shared network resources by one customer may have a negative impact on all other customers. Misuse of network resources in a manner which impairs network performance is prohibited by this policy and may result in termination of your account.

You are prohibited from excessive consumption of resources, including CPU time, memory, disk space and session time. You may not use resource-intensive programs which negatively impact other customers or the performances of A. S. Web Technology's systems or networks. We reserve the right to terminate or limit such activities.



How many emails are you planning to send each day? Or you having certain occasion where you need to send out email promotion or updates to existing customer database. And these email sending volume can be few hundreds to few thousand of it. Definitely, you need to find out how many email sending limits are allowed by the hosting provider.

A. S. Web Technology's Email Sending Limits : 100 Emails Per Hour, 2400 Emails Per Day.

This limit is implemented so that there is no abuse to the server for email spamming, or over sending by certain user, and causes other user waiting long in queue. Any action of sending unsolicited emails will get you into trouble, not only us, but all hosting.

Basically if you having thousand of emails to send, you could use the php script to fetch 100 emails from your customer email database, and send them every hours. By this, use the cron job to schedule the php to run each hour. And so, 100 emails are sending out per hour. If you need to send out 3000-4000 emails, it will take less than 2 days time to complete. Simple as that. And you won't need an expensive dedicated server to do the job.

If you look forward for sending out ten of thousand emails per day, or thousand of email per hour, definitely there is no shared hosting in this world will able to handle that capacity. You will have to look for dedicated server that allow you to handle that capacity. Or some cases, a VPS server will do the tricks.

All your website data & databases are backed-up on second hard drive & also transferred to a secure location on a remote server at regular interval.

We do follow a strict data backup policy & keep atleast 2 copies of previous backups. However, looking at the sensitivity & importance, customer will be responsible to ensure that they have latest backup of their data off-line. We strongly recommend customers to take backups of their website(s) and database(s) at regular intervals.
